PRE K – 4 MATH

The math program at the PreK-4 level includes conceptual understanding, connections to prior knowledge, skill proficiency, and problem solving through hands-on activities and investigation into mathematical situations.

            Goals:

• Introduce directionality concepts
• Understand sorting and patterns
• Identify numbers 0 – 20
• Understand “equal” and “not equal”
• Explore time and measurement
